The Ultra Mobility Group (UMG) is looking for a Power and Performance (PnP) analyst whose job responsibility will include

1. Driving platform PnP measurement on Windows based platforms.
   
2. The analyst will also need to work with the platform execution team to measure the PnP on current platforms and platform PnP architects to establish PnP targets for future platforms.
3. The specific job responsibility of the analyst includes establishing the list of benchmarks and workloads to be analyzed, the schedules for analysis, and collecting PnP data to analyze HW and various SW stacks interaction (spanning applications, middleware, OS, and drivers); characterize system behavior; identifying `hot spots and root causes; and propose recommendations on how to optimize overall system power and/or performance targeting both HW and SW.
   
4. The analyst will be the leading engineer of the Platform architecture team and needs to work with junior engineers and technicians for executing platform PnP measurements and reporting results out to the platform execution team.
