Job description -
- The Back office job candidate needs to retrieve customer's email requests for support and managing all aspects of the support incident.
- Act on all general inquiries from customers, as specified in the email. Send prompt and courteous responses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client contact database by recording every client contact and all new prospects.
- Adhere to prescribed compliance standards.
Salary -1.00 - 2.20 lacs
Eligibility -
- Good command over English language, mainly written, and excellent communication skills.
- Must possess a strong customer orientation.
- Must have strong sense of giving Quality customer service.
- Must have a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.
