Kerala Agricultural University is inviting application from the citizens of India for 5 vacant posts of Research Assistants. The research project is running under Kuttanad package ‘Research proposal on promoting location specific research for increasing profitability from rice farming and enhancing livelihood security of the farmers of Kuttanad’ with the following qualifications.

Job Posts and Eligibility:

I . Research Assistant (1 No.)
Qualification: M/Sc. (Agri.) Plant Breeding and Genetics/ M.Sc. Botany
Remuneration : Rs.8000/- per month.
Age : As prescribed by KPSC

II. Research Assistant (1 No.)
Qualification : M/Sc. (Agri.) Soil Science/ M.Sc. (Agronomy) / MSc Chemistry
Remuneration: Rs.8000/- per month.
Age: As prescribed by KPSC

III . Research Assistant (2 Nos.)
Qualification:
i)M/Sc. (Agri.) Plant Pathology/ M.Sc. Biotechnology
ii) MSc (Agri.)Entomology /Msc (Zoology)

Remuneration: Rs.8000/- per month.
Age: As prescribed by KPSC

IV. Research Assistant (1 No.)
Qualification : M/Sc. (Agri.) Meteorology/MSc Physics specialization with Atmospheric science /Msc (Physics)/MSc (Chemistry)
Remuneration : Rs.8000/- per month
Age : As prescribed by KPSC
