Qualifications: The candidate willing to apply for the job should be Graduate
Competencies required: The candidate aspiring to apply for this Customer care specialist job should be proficient with computers (Basics), Keyboard skills of at least 40 words per minute.
- Must have knowledge and fluency in German language, with at least 4 semester from a recognised institute (For eg. Max Mueller Bhavan) or 3 year post graduate/advanced level diploma from a recognised University)
