Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Navaratna Status Public Sector Undertaking under Ministry of Defence is inviting applications from the citizen of India for the post of Chief Manager.

Job Post: Chief Manager (A&T)
Number of vacancy -1 (UR)

Minimum number of years of post qualification experience required as on 01.05.201 - 12years

Minimum qualification - Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication /Electrical / Aeronautical Engg.

Desired Experience :

1. Should have experience in Assembly, Testing and Tuning & Inspection of Avionics / Ground Radars.
2. Should have experience in handling of Production / Service of Avionics and knowledge of latest Avionics equipment. Knowledge of modern techniques in Assembly & Testing shall be conversant with all in process operations and inspection procedure for its reliability.
3. Should have team building capabilities and ability to guide the team for achieving the results in a time bound and effective manner and analytical ability for ensuring effective decision making.
4. Should be well conversant with HRD / Finance Functions etc. of HAL and have good communication / Presentation skills for effectively projecting the image of the company.

Grade - IV
Scale of Pay (Rs.) - INR 32900-58000
Minimum Emoluments- Starting Basic Pay of Rs. 32,900 plus Present DA @ 34.8% of Basic Pay

Age Limit As on 01.05.2010 - 48 years

APPLICATION FEE :  Rs. 400/- (Non-refundable) is to be sent in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank (preferably State Bank of India) in favour of “HAL. Hyderabad”, payable at Hyderabad.  Candidates belonging to SC / ST / PWD / Internal category are exempted from payment of Application Fee.  The Demand Draft should have been obtained between the period 29.05.2010 to 24.06.201
